Nathaniel was diagnosed with restrictive cardiomyopathy and had a heart transplant in October of 2020. The Local Heart Foundation provided funding for lodging, food, and gas while the family was in Houston awaiting his heart transplant. Nathaniel is not 4 years old and doing amazing!
