Lee Roy has been diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot, double outlet right ventricle and evidence of subpulmonary and pulmonary stenosis. The Local Heart Foundation provided funding for lodging, food and gas while Lee Roy's family was in New Orleans for his heart treatment.
